Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, routing, dispatching, or related operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize daily delivery and pickup routes using routing software.
• Monitor route performance and adjust in real-time due to conditions.
• Maintain accurate routing and customer data in systems.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and resolve transportation concerns.
• Coordinate with shipping, customer service, production and transportation teams.
• Prepare and maintain routing reports and shipping documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and service levels.
• Perform data entry, filing, and other admin duties.
• Support seasonal peak operations including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
