Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience in a team setting with effective cross‑functional communication; strong multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to calls using customer needs, driver location, and loads to balance cost and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sites and service dept to optimize routes based on customer needs.
• Determine daily driver staffing to balance responsiveness and productivity.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers for today and tomorrow; ensure route completion.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales; manage pickups/deliveries.
