Now Hiring: Routing Dispatcher

Location: Indianapolis, IN (In-person)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay: $13/hour

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Routing Dispatcher to join our Indianapolis team. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate daily shuttle and charter operations, support fleet management, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is an in-person, full-time position within a dynamic transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Oversee daily shuttle dispatch operations, ensuring services run on time and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, procedures, and union agreements
• Assist with weekly scheduling and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Provide frontline support to drivers, addressing issues promptly and professionally
• Collect and review route data and track operational metrics and payroll details
• Prepare daily operational status reports for all service contracts
• Assign vehicles according to route needs and vehicle availability
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule fleet servicing
• Handle charter reservation entries, updates, and provide quotes to customers
• Assist the Safety & Training team with driver performance evaluations and compliance checks
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process service feedback
• Perform additional administrative or operational duties as needed

Qualifications of a Routing Dispatcher:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch or transportation coordination preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Customer service experience is a plus
