Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, routing and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across supported locations to ensure efficient propane distribution and optimal field resource use.

You will partner with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to design routes, monitor operational metrics, and provide reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, scheduling or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; propane experience a plus; supervisor/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Leverage route optimization software to create efficient routes.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership.
• Serve as SME for routing infrastructure and reporting dashboards.
