Qualifications

• Prior experience with driver routing and/or technician dispatching required.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable results.
• Knowledge of safety and DOT protocols.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; Propane experience a plus; Supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers and service technicians daily.
• Leverage route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to meet/exceed metrics.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, and reporting tools.
