Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians across supported locations.

You will optimize routes, balance field resources, and uphold customer service metrics. This role partners with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to ensure efficient distribution of propane.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with driver routing and/or technician dispatching
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable results
• Knowledge of safety and DOT protocols
• Strong understanding of field operations with ability to identify and communicate downstream impacts of strategic decisions
• Ability to understand and relate technical requirements for service work

• Schedule daily routing for drivers and technicians
• Leverage route optimization software and scheduling tools
