Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to locations based on schedules and needs.
• Open driving routes daily and ensure efficient planning.
• Monitor progress and delivery timings throughout the day.
• Use routing software to optimize daily routes and save time and fuel.
• Coordinate delivery teams and confirm daily deployments.
• Communicate professionally with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork for daily routes and next-day deliveries.
• Read route sheets and plan trips to maximize efficiency.
• Address inquiries and adjust schedules with drivers as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers for deliveries.
• Submit daily reports and route adjustments to management.
• Review delivery processes for adherence and improvement opportunities.
