Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians. You will work with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to optimize routes and resource use while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires experience in routing and dispatch, strong analytical skills, and a solid customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; an Associate degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years in operations analysis, routing, logistics, dispatch, or scheduling.
• Experience with multi-location routing and scheduling is preferred; propane experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers and service technicians daily.
• Leverage routing software to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership.
• Translate data into actionable insights and improve field resource utilization.
• Adhere to safety and DOT protocols in daily operations.
