Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to optimize the delivery network using ORTEC routing software. You will plan routes, manage outlet master data, and ensure on-time service while collaborating with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Ideal candidates have a background in data analytics, routing, and delivery operations, with knowledge of DOT/HOS requirements and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Dispatching, routing, or transportation operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with ORTEC routing and optimization software preferred.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations, DOT/HOS, and driver workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build, optimize, and publish daily delivery routes using ORTEC based on volume, customer requirements, and constraints.
• Dispatch drivers daily with clear route, stop, and service expectations; coordinate with sales and distribution.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service to align loads and priorities; communicate delays or issues.
• Review daily performance metrics and identify routing improvements within ORTEC; support system parameter improvements.
