PepsiCo is seeking a Routing Engineer to optimize service territories across North America. You will analyze routes, support new QTG sites, and maintain accurate operational data within CETS and related systems.

You will collaborate with field operations, business teams, and IT to implement routing initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with prior customer service, dispatch, logistics, or related experience.
• Ability to use multiple business applications simultaneously, including Microsoft Office, SAP, CETS, Dispatch applications, and other PepsiCo systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new PepsiCo applications and business processes.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform micro reroutes and optimize existing service territories.
• Support new QTG site go-lives and existing locations to maintain accurate and operational systems.
• Provide functional support for QTG applications and operational tools as assigned.
• Analyze routing opportunities and recommend operational improvements.
• Support implementation of routing initiatives while partnering with field operations and business teams.
• Travel within North America as business needs require (up to 20%).
