Job summary

R+L Carriers seeks an Inbound Router Supervisor for our Fontana, CA service center. This full-time role manages dock and dispatch operations, coordinates driver schedules, and ensures safety and quality freight handling. PTO is available after 90 days, with a strong benefits package including employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Proven basic leadership experience required.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred.
• Must have computer skills.
• Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
• Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Coordinate dock operation and driver/freight handler scheduling.
• Manage dock and dispatch operations at the Fontana, CA service center.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality freight handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Inbound Router Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations at our Fontana, CA Service Center.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
• Candidates must have proven basic leadership experience.
• Must have the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
