Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a Route Trainee to deliver and merchandize beverages across our network. You will place orders, stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays while using a handheld to order products and run invoices.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), a valid driver's license, strong communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience may substitute for the diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Team-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Willing to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drives and maneuvers a truck under 26,000 pounds. Operates a company car/pick-up truck.
• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Delivers and places orders/runs invoices in accounts, creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Verifies all cases and monies are correct at the end of the day and invoices signed by customers.
• Communicates with customers and co-workers.
• Follows company rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned based on business channel.
