Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver in Minerva, OH. The driver operates a box truck on assigned routes, collaborates with a Route Helper, and loads and secures tires while completing required documentation.

Responsibilities include pre-trip/post-trip inspections, communicating with dispatch, and maintaining safety standards on all deliveries to customer sites. Prior box truck experience preferred and DOT compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and meet FMCSA non-CDL qualifications.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record per DOT standards.
• Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck on assigned routes to remove tires.
• Work in a two-person team to load, stack, and secure tires.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues.
• Complete route paperwork and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and internal teams.
