Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver in Fountain, FL to safely collect and deliver used tires on designated routes. You will work with a Route Helper to load, stack, and secure tires, while maintaining professional customer interactions and completing required documentation.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of box truck driving experience, a valid MVR, and familiarity with DOT safety requirements. This is a full-time on-site role with physical labor involved.

Qualifications

• Must meet FMCSA driver qualification requirements as applicable to non‑CDL drivers.
• Minimum of 1 year of box truck driving experience.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non‑CDL box truck on assigned routes to remove used tires from customer locations.
• Work as part of a two‑person team with a Route Helper to manually load, stack, lace, and secure used tires onto the truck.
• Manually handle and stack waste tires weighing up to 50 pounds each throughout the workday.
• Serve as the primary point of contact at customer locations, including obtaining signatures and completing required service documentation.
