Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Must meet FMCSA driver qualification requirements for non‑CDL.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record per DOT standards.
• Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non‑CDL box truck on assigned routes to remove used tires from customer locations.
• Work with a Route Helper to load, stack, lace, and secure tires on the truck.
• Manually handle tires weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Serve as primary contact at customer locations and complete required service paperwork.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report safety concerns.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations about route status and issues.
