Job summary

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician to inspect, treat, and build relationships with customers on a daily route. You will drive a company truck and manage routine visits across multiple properties, working independently with local support.

No experience required, but licensed candidates or those with related trade experience may start at higher pay. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Pest control license required or ability to obtain one.
• 21 years or older with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment.
• Good communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily to inspect and treat for pests.
• Build relationships with customers and work with dispatcher.
• Follow safety protocols and complete routes on schedule.

Skills

Valid state pest control license

21+ with clean driving record

Ability to pass background check

Outdoor work in all weather

Customer communication

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
