Urbanex Pest Control in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Route Technician with no experience required. You will drive a company truck, inspect homes and businesses, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers on your daily route.

We offer a base pay of 45k–65k per year plus monthly bonuses, a company vehicle and fuel card, health insurance and dental, paid time off, and promotion paths from Route Technician to Lead Tech and Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Valid state pest control license or ability to obtain one.
• 21+ with clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to 10–12 sites daily to inspect for pests.
• Apply treatments and build relationships with customers.
• Work independently on your route with local support.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines.
