Job summary

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves driving a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily to inspect for pests and apply treatments, while building lasting relationships with customers.

No prior experience is required; a state pest control license or ability to obtain one is needed. Must be 21+, have a clean driving record, and pass a background check. Indoor/outdoor work, training provided, and a defined promotion path.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but experience in related trades is a plus.
• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one.
• 21+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses a day, inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers.
• Work independently on your route, backed by a local team and dispatcher.
