Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician in Fort Worth, TX. No experience required; you will drive the company truck, inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers on your daily route.

You will work independently with support from a local team and dispatcher, and opportunities for advancement exist through a clear promotion path. Company benefits include health/dental, paid time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but pest control experience may help.
• Must have or be able to obtain a state pest control license.
• 21+ with clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily.
• Inspect for pests, apply treatments, and document work.
• Build relationships with customers and work with a dispatcher.
• Work independently on route with local support.
