Job summary

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician in Raleigh to inspect homes and businesses for pests, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers. No experience required, but drivers with pest-control licenses or related trade experience may earn higher rates.

You'll work a Monday–Friday schedule, with a company vehicle and fuel card for commutes. Health/dental, PTO, training, and clear promotion paths are provided as part of a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

No experience required, but experienced techs may earn higher rates depending on experience.
Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one.
21+ with a clean driving record and driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers.

Responsibilities

Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses daily, inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers.
Work independently on your route with local team support and dispatcher.
