Ideal candidates will coordinate with Route Managers on coverage, mentor drivers, and help execute new account launches while maintaining safety and service standards across the route network.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new Market and Vending drivers.
• Coordinate and communicate daily route coverage for utility drivers.
• Track operational KPIs and support branch goals like Cash-In on Growth.
• Coordinate branch initiatives, route changes, and new account launches.
• Ensure routes are fully staffed and service is performed as scheduled.
