• Investigate and help resolve operational problems, including missing items, misdelivered orders, and delivery discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with drivers, managers, and team members to keep operations smooth and customers satisfied.
• Occasionally drive locally to recover errant or misdelivered orders (not a regular delivery route).
• Mark in dry cleaning items accurately and efficiently.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service.
