Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable Operations Support Technicians to support Indianapolis and surrounding communities. This role offers a mix of part-time to full-time hours (approximately 25–35 per week) with shifts in the morning or evening.

You will deliver supplies, assist cleaning teams, cover shifts as needed, and travel between locations to ensure customers receive exceptional service. If you enjoy independent work, problem solving, and being an essential part of a successful team,

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or operations preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities.
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Indianapolis area during the workday.
• Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials to customer locations.
• Assist Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily operational needs.
• Provide cleaning coverage at customer facilities when staffing support is needed.
• Travel between commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies between locations.
• Complete assigned tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
