Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Route Supervisor in the Van Nuys, CA area to manage service routes, lead a team, and ensure high-quality customer service. You will oversee route planning, equipment maintenance, and field operations while delivering reliable solutions for restaurant and hospitality clients.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in service/route-based work is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with restaurant and hospitality clients in Van Nuys and surrounding areas.
• Manage and optimize service routes; train and mentor new team members.
• Follow a 28-day service schedule; troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs.
• Report performance metrics to branch management and participate in on-call rotations.
