Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Supervisor.
• Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Knowledge of the waste industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of drivers and lead men to ensure timely route starts and finishes.
• Monitor daily routes, weight slips and route sheets for efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints when necessary.
• Process vacation and PTO requests; assist with scheduling time off.
• Maintain route knowledge and conduct field audits.
• Train new drivers on company programs and safety rules.
