AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor for our New Stanton, PA branch. The role runs Monday through Friday with morning shifts, overseeing drivers and coordinating routes to ensure timely, quality service.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DOT physical, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain excellent customer relations. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.

Responsabilités

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
