Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Full-time Route Supervisor for morning shifts at our New Stanton, PA branch. The role involves overseeing route operations, coaching drivers, and coordinating with the Branch Manager to ensure top-notch service.

You will focus on team development, customer relations, and efficient execution while maintaining safety and compliance. AVI offers a strong family culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s Licence required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manages Drivers.
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Supports company programs and branch goals.
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.
