AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor for the New Stanton, PA branch, with Monday–Friday morning shifts. This role will lead drivers, train team members, and support branch goals while delivering excellent customer service.

You will monitor inventory, labor costs, and waste, visit accounts, and coordinate with headquarters on promotions. A safety-conscious, independent worker with strong interpersonal skills will thrive in our family culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry.

Responsabilités

• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required
