AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor to join our New Stanton, PA branch, Monday through Friday morning shifts.

You will lead a team, coordinate routes, and ensure timely delivery of services to accounts while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The role offers on-site work, competitive compensation, and a path for growth through extensive training and company programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Reviews reports for profitability at accounts.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manages Drivers.
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Supports company programs and branch goals.
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:
