Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor for our New Stanton, PA branch. The role operates Monday through Friday with morning shifts, focusing on supervising route operations, team development, and customer relations.

You will oversee drivers, coordinate with the Branch Manager, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safety and quality standards across accounts. A strong driving history and willingness to learn in a dynamic food service environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Good driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of team members.
• Reviews profitability reports for accounts and helps manage branch goals.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manages Drivers and supports promotional activities from HQ and in-branch.
• Monitors branch inventory, direct labor, waste, and consumption.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Route Supervisor working Monday - Friday, morning shifts, at our New Stanton, PA Branch.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
