Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist in Mansfield to cover routes during teammates' absences, manage orders, deliveries, and product rotations.

You will stock shelves, face products, and ensure rotation standards across displays, coolers, and cold vaults while maintaining safety and customer service standards. The role may involve training new teammates and assisting the Supervisor with projects, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and strong customer relations on

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean 7-year MVR.
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route sales teammates and support safety/sales goals.
• Handle urgent customer needs in a timely, professional manner with sales/delivery teams.
