Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Mansfield is seeking a Route Specialist to cover sales routes, manage orders, deliveries, and unloading at customer locations, and maintain rotation standards on displays, coolers, and shelves with courteous, compliant service.

This fast paced, senior role may train new teammates and coordinate with sales and delivery teams. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be available for some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Negative information anywhere in MVR may disqualify.
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain such.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain sales and customer service levels.
• Order, fill, merchandise, rotate products on shelves and coolers.
• Work across route disciplines (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Train new route teammates and assist supervisors as time permits.
• Address urgent customer needs with timely, professional actions.
• Assist supervisor with projects across the territory.
