Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Ft Wayne is hiring a Route Specialist to cover routes when teammates are away and to maintain established routes, including orders, delivery, and stocking on displays. You will ensure proper rotation and provide excellent customer service on designated routes.

The role also involves assisting the Supervisor with training, handling urgent customer needs, and supporting Sales, Delivery, and Customer Management teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean 7-year MVR
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or permit
• DOT physical requirements pass
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Some weekends/holidays availability
• Prior route delivery or merchandising preferred

Responsabilités

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established standards and sales
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays
• Work on bulk, conventional, full service, and cold bottle routes
• Assist Supervisor with training and safety-focused tasks
• Address urgent customer needs with Sales and Delivery teams
• Assist with projects across the territory
