Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist to cover transport routes when teammates are away and to maintain existing routes.

You will manage orders, deliveries, and product stocking at customer locations, ensuring courteous, compliant, and timely service. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, prior route or retail experience is preferred, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver3s license with a clean 7-year driving history.
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates and focus on safety and customer service.
• Handle urgent customer needs and coordinate with sales, delivery and customer management teams.
