Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet route commitments.
• Strong safety record and physical endurance for lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in route delivery, stocking, merchandising, or retail management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates and safety initiatives.
• Respond to urgent customer needs with cross-team collaboration.
• Support territory projects and other duties as assigned.
