Coca-Cola Consolidated in Ohio is seeking a Route Specialist to cover routes when teammates are away and to maintain established routes, including orders, delivery, and unloading at customer locations. You will stock and face products on displays and shelves, in coolers and cold vaults, while ensuring rotation standards and safety.

The role may train new route teammates and assist the Supervisor, while collaborating with sales, delivery, and customer management teams.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license with a clean 7-year MVR.
• CDL or permit (Class A) or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cover vacation routes to maintain route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Handle route discipline variations (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist Supervisor in training new route teammates and safety-focused tasks.
• Address urgent customer needs to meet commitments with colleagues.
• Assist supervisor with projects and other duties across the territory.
