You may train new teammates and assist the Supervisor where possible, ensuring customer commitments are met with professionalism. The role requires strong reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualificações

• Must read, write and understand English to perform basic math.
• Strong dependability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with route delivery, stocking, and merchandising is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Assist with training new route teammates and safety initiatives.
• Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments with the teams.
• Support supervisors with projects across the territory.
