Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional in Phoenix, AZ to support daily operations across multiple facilities. You will monitor the group inbox, run register and invoicing processes in VIP, and generate reports including inventory and variances.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to the group inbox daily, including inquiries and follow-ups.
• Run register process for each RBD facility; coordinate with local leadership to post invoices in VIP.
• Run invoicing process for each facility; ensure routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day.
• Run reports for each facility to include inventory, variances, etc.
• Correct invoice errors from prior day.
• Support operations as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items
• Run register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems
• Run invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day
• Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
• Correct invoice errors from prior day
• Support operations as needed
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
