Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites across the region.

You will follow USS and DOT safety standards, perform routine maintenance, drive safely, and provide courteous customer service while meeting route requirements and adjusting as needed to ensure customers receive top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to service locations per USS and DOT requirements.
• Service portable restrooms and holding tanks to USS 8-point standard.
• Perform duties safely, adhering to USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure services are completed to their standards.
• Remain flexible to adjust routes and schedules to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager to improve efficiency.
