Job summary

United Site Services, Inc is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks across multiple sites. You will ensure safety DOT compliance, assist customers on-site, and adjust routes to meet client needs.

The role requires at least two years of commercial driving experience with a valid license, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Lifting up to 150 lbs and a flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Follow USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Lift/push 50–150 lbs frequently and perform physical duties (sitting/standing/kneeling).
• Perform portable toilet servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Provide courteous customer service on-site to ensure services meet standards.
• Be flexible with routes and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator for efficiency.
• Plan for current and future customer restroom needs to maintain service quality.
