Job summary

Auto-Chlor System of Washington, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to join a fast-growing national service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and offer solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use; restock products.
• Negotiate renewals and price changes; upsell and cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation every 5–6 weeks.

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 5-6 weeks.

Requirements:

• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Have a mechanical inclination.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.

This is a safety sensitive position for which requires the safe operation of motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and/or handling of industrial chemicals. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening after a conditional offer of employment.
