Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Spokane Valley is seeking a Service Technician to join a fast-growing leader in the restaurant and hospitality service industry.

You will drive company vehicles, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing equipment, and work with customers to resolve issues and provide lasting solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Mechanical inclination and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
• Be able to stay overnight on route for 4 days out of the month.

Responsibilities

• Drive Auto-Chlor company vehicles to customer sites safely.
• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 4-5 weeks.
