Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician in Phoenix to perform maintenance on dish machines and dosing systems. You will interact with customers to resolve issues and ensure optimal operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use; restock products.
• Negotiate service renewals and price increases; upsell/cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation every 8-12 weeks.

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.


• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.


• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.


• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.


• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 8-12 weeks.
