Auto-Chlor System in Worthington, KY is seeking a Field Service Technician to join a national service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry with over 85 years of experience.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing equipment, service visits, and upsell products while providing on-call support. The role offers extensive paid training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.


• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.


• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.


• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.


• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 6 weekends and 1 day a week.

Requirements:

• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.


• Have a mechanical inclination.


• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
