Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our nationwide service team, serving the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 85 years. This role offers an annual range of $60,000–$70,000 USD, with overtime, on-call bonuses, and commissions after securing a route.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use while restocking products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, upsell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with coworkers every 6 weekends and 1 day a week.

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 6 weekends and 1 day a week.

Requirements:
