Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Supervisor to oversee a team of Route Service Representatives delivering to multiple customers daily, from family businesses to large corporate locations. This is an entry-level management role with advancement potential.

You will respond to service requests, negotiate renewals, and build strong customer and team relationships while supporting leadership to deliver the best service and programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college is a plus.
• 21 years of age or older and valid non-commercial driver license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet pre-employment DOT requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and basic computer skills.
• Prior leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery or entrepreneurship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
• Respond to service requests and manage daily route coverage.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver top customer service and programs.
• Monitor Rep performance and customer satisfaction during route coverage.
