You'll recruit and mentor Route Service Supervisors and Representatives, drive customer satisfaction, account growth and location profitability while collaborating with the local management team. This role emphasizes strong leadership and field operations.

Qualifications

• Business savvy with the ability to grow profits and customer satisfaction.
• Results-driven relationship manager who isn’t afraid to roll up sleeves to help the team and the customer.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate your team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
