Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services, building rapport with decision makers on site.

This role offers a comprehensive training program, a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers as the face of Cintas.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
