Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route delivery and pick-up of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility services will be part of the role.

The position emphasizes a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer relations. Benefits include a 10-week training program, competitive base pay with commission potential, and a mostly 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for operating a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
