Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This role offers a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, a 4-day workweek for

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification and documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while staying safe.
